Okay well i had bad acne all over my face and i tried lots of stuff like clean and clear and proactive and murad and all this stuff. but in about one week i could definately see a difference with this thing by avon it's called clear skin professional and i use the face wash (it's like a scrub wash) and the daily coreccting lotion and it really works. But to really help after week one i started cutting out ALL greasy and oily foods and now i almost have none. and i'm on week two and a half. i bet if i drank lots of water i'd have clear skin.

use a face wash and wash your face 2 times a day or maybe even once morning and night. try to find one that has good ratings and is more natural. drink about 6 to 8 cups of water a day, water bottles have about 2 and 1/2 cups of water in them so u can drink from those to make it easier, try to keep your hair off your face with a rubber band or hair clips u can also use a head band, keep your hands OFF your face, it can make think so much worse, im 13 and had the same problem but my skin is now clear and glowing. try not to put so much foundation or concealer on your face (if u wear it) try to also stay away from morning face lotions and night ones too. I started seeing my skin getting better on the 1st week! i swear, it works!!!
In addition to the face washes, make sure you avoid any lotions or anything else for your face that is oil based because they clog your pores. Even if your skin gets dry, use lotions meant for acne control.
Also, try flipping your pillow/changing your pillow case/putting a clean towel over your pillow each night. This avoids building up of oils and germs which could be contributing to the acne problem.
Hope you get some good answers that work for you!
