Is it ok wearing make-up even if I got blackheads & pimples?

I started wearing make-up again and pimples/blackheads in my forehead started showing again and I don't want to stop wearing make-up because I look weird.

Besides, I don't really wear loads, I only wear mascara, eyeliner %26amp; lipstick if my face is really bad with loads of pimples showing up.

Any advice???? Anyway I started washing my face with this blackhead eliminating soap and put some pimple reduction thing on my face and its gone worse.

3 pimples have been popped and deep with this hole. I don't really know what to do.

HELP!?Is it ok wearing make-up even if I got blackheads %26amp; pimples?
Try examining your diet. Are you eating chocolate and pizza? Fried foods? If yes than stick to a good wholesome diet of whole grains such as whole wheat bread etc and whole fruits and fresh vegetables, nuts and seeds in moderation and lean meats and cheeses if any. Cut back on all dairy products this can cause major acne. Drink lots of water! No sodas. This will help your complexion greatly! Oh and exercise and wash your face 2x a day. If this is what you are already doing than try rubbing a little dab of bar soap on your blemishes it takes care of them overnight and if you want to try tea tree oil you can purchase this from the pharmaceutical section of WalMart in the vitamins area. Apply a dab of oil to all blemishes. This works to dry out the blemishes and acts as an anti bacterial to them as well.Is it ok wearing make-up even if I got blackheads %26amp; pimples?
No, it is not a good idea, as it further clogs the pores, and increases the pimples, and acne inflammation.
If you don't wear any face make-up like foundation or powder i don't know why you're skin is breaking out as for the spot stuff you're using i would stop using it and try something else that's more suited to your skin. It sounds like you have sensitive skin.
use mild face wash like cetaphil because sometimes when you use acne products, it makes it worse and overdrying can lead to even more pimples.

make sure your moisturizer is oil-free also, and if you do wear makeup then make sure it won't clog any pores (oil-free).

drink lots of water and don't worry about your pimples too much - they'll go away in due time.
First of all, don't pop pimples, pull the skin around them apart. That way you won't damage your pores. However, you can wear makeup. You need to get a tinted moisturizer, so that it hydrates your skin and gets rid of pimples instead of causing them. But don't put powder on over it otherwise you're going to reverse the results and defeat the purpose. Also, try to use a 3-step acne clearing system; one with a cleanser, toner, and moisturizer. Another thing you can add to this regimine is doing a clay or mud mask only once a week to clean your pores and make your skin glow.
Okay, here's what I did with my daughter. I took her to her peditritcian %26amp; we explained what was going on %26amp; she gave her a foam antibotic. It works great for her. However, anytime you start using something on your face to clear up pimples, it will get worse before it gets better. If you want to wear makeup to cover the pimples, get make up that is made from only minerals. They are several varities out there and some are reasonable, but don't use anything with chemicals, because this only clogs the pores more. Also, try washing your face with Dove %26amp; lukewarm water. Good luck %26amp; quit stressing out about them, because that adds to them as well.
Yes you can wear makeup just be sure to wash your face 2 x a day. In the morning and evening. You are breaking out now because you just stared washing you face with something new and it is getting all the dirt out. It will stop, just make sure you continue to was you face.

hope this helps!!!
You can still wear makeup even though your face breaks out. You just have to find a really light type of makeup for your complexion (sensitive, normal, dry, oily, or acne prone). You also have to be careful when you start using a new product. Try not to start using a new product right before your period, your skin is extra sensitive at that time. If your skin reacts badly to a product right away though, stop using that product. There are really two types of acne treatment out there that you can get without a percription: saylic acid and benzol peroxide. Most people find one works for them and the other makes their skin worse. Look at what was the active ingredient in the stuff you tried, and after two weeks try the other type of stuff. Lots of products have different levels of both, so if you find something that works, but you're skin is drying out, try a product that has less of the active ingredient in in (there's usually a percentage listed with the active ingredient, like 2% benzol peroxide). I've tried tons of stuff, and the only thing that works for me is ProActive. I use the whole system once a day, in the morning so the pimple fighting stuff is on my face all day, then at night I use a mild bar soap (Dove or Ivory) making sure I get all my makeup off. I use eye makeup remover every night. If you try something and your skin starts to dry out, try using it only once a day if it's helping the pimples. Hope This Helps!
