What is the best way to get rid of Blackheads?

So i have alot of blackheads, mostly on forehead and nose.

I have tried nearly EVERYTHING. ProActiv, Clean %26amp; Clear, Clearasil and everything off the shelf. They just dont budge!!!!

I really need help, whether its homemade or just natural ways to get rid of them, anything i could use.

i have even tried the, ';stick your head in steam and then stick your head in the freezer!';

I need advice from people who have had the same problem. i cant go to the doctor, no money.

Something affordable and that Actually WORKS!!

please help, i will return the favor by answering your questions!!What is the best way to get rid of Blackheads?
I have LOTS of deep blackheads, but for the smaller, newer, and not as deep ones, rubbing alcohol helped (you might want to dilute it because it's a little harsh) or you can use hydrogen peroxide (not as harsh, but doesn't work AS well) I also use baking soda+water. How I got rid of mine was:

Rubbing alcohol twice a day

(Next day)-hydrogen peroxide then baking soda as a scrub after a shower

then keep alternating or maybe use rubbing alcohol then hydrogen peroxide...whatever you find works! You can also use baking soda every day, but don't rub it too hard, just do it lightly. Good luck! What is the best way to get rid of Blackheads?
Dear Poppy, I wouldn't waste my money on over the counter products. When I was having a problem with blackheads I went to a day spa and had a cleansing facial. Not only was it fabulous, but the esthetician extracted all the blackheads safely and easily, using a professional tool and the correct products. It was really worth it. She also helped me with a skin regimen that I could live with and afford. Nothing worse is wasting money on products that don't work. Go to a professional...you won't be sorry.
The strips you leave on for 15minutes work well. The key is to after the dirt is pulled out to shrink your pores, or they will fill with dirt/sebum again.

Cold is a start, but do a little research on the shrinking if you decide to try some strips.
if you can find it, witch hazel powder, just rub it into the area and it goes, if not powder try the oil.
wash your face more
Blackheads usually appear on oily skin so if you touch your face a lot STOP! It also shows a sign of acne so use my help below or you will end up with acne.Have you tried the clean %26amp; clear blackhead remover, if not try it, it really works. Also try an exfoliating mask it will get deep inside your skin and should help at my local stores they cost around a dollar. They both worked with me. Here is a home recipe that i have had for a few months but i have not tried it because the clean %26amp; clear remover works with me but here it is

Two tablespoons of orange peel powder (just shred it as small as you can), add four tablespoons of yogurt (any kind) and apply to your face in a circular motion, then rinse with cold water and pat dry.

Another recipe: This one i did try and it really worked

mix coconut water with sugar and scrub on your face

Just in case those don't work here are some tips that help

1.Change your pillow case frequently not every day just every week or two.

2.Make sure you have one towel that you use just for your face the oil on your body does not need to be spread on your face, also change that towel every three days

3.When you wash your face or use masks you need to widen your pores this gives the treatment more access to the inside where all the oil is. You can widen your pores by closing the bathroom door, filling the sink with HOT! Water and adding some herbs such as basil in the water.

4.Make your own mask studies show natural products work better on your face than having chemicals do their work. Here is a recipe for a mask:

1 cup of oatmeal

1 teaspoon of baking soda

3 teaspoons of Aloe Vera juice

Mix together apply to face immediatly, leave on for five min., do it twice a week for better results

if you do not have Aloe Vera just mix 2 tablespoons of oatmeal and 1 tablespoon of HOT water mix till it becomes a paste then apply to face, leave on for 15 min, do this once a week

-sorry its so long but all of these things work depending on skin type seeing as i do not know yours i just gave many choices hope i helped
