It's been 2 days I've had it, I haven't treated it or anything. It looks like a tiny scab under the head of the pimple, but it's like dark red. ii get those when i pop a pimple; it scabs then falls off and no scar if i dont touch it. Im too scared to put anything because i dont wanna make it worse. is there anything that can speed up its healing?I tried to pop my blackhead and now under it there's a dark red mark?

everytime you pop a zit or a blackhead it's turns red.
