get a washcloth wet with warm water and gently rub your ear. Then put a little bit of soap on it and cleanse your ear. The warm water with open your pores and the soap with wash out all the impurities.

they have extracotors at walmart.... i htink its near the dental stuff (dont ask).. its a metalrod with a curcular thing at the end.. there are driections on the package.. its the tool the dermos use to extract black heads. if you cant see where it is, ask a friend to do it.. it kinda hurts, but its a quick pain and blak heads hurt when they grow.. especially in the ear
