How do you get rid of your blackheads dudes?

They are soo getting me down guys!

What do you do to get rid of them- what products??

I've used Clearasil black head daily cleansing scrub- THUMBS DOWN!

and Active deep face cleanser, guess what THUMBS DOWN!

what can I doooo????? :oSHow do you get rid of your blackheads dudes?
You could try nasal strips (Oxy, Clearasil, Superdrug, etc make them). They're kind of like sellotape strips that you put on your blackheads then peel off. When you hold the strips up to the light after you see all the lil blackheads in it and it's gross but satisfying.

Alternatively, just squeeze my friend. You could use a blackhead remover for this (available from the Body Shop) or go old skool and use your thumbs. THis will leave the area a bit red, so don't do it in the morning before going out, and put some witch hazel or tea tree on the area afterwards to cool it down and prevent infection. How do you get rid of your blackheads dudes?
Getting rid of blackheads is a difficult task. And there are many methods out there that simply don't work.

For example...

......squeezing, steaming and popping.

But here's a method that do work. It's called exfoliation.

Exfoliation is the removal of the top layer of skin (the epidermis). And is effective for almost every type of facial skin care problem.

But here's how exfoliation can get rid of blackheads......

Blackheads form when sebum (natural oils produced by the skin) gets trapped in the skin's pores. And if these pores are partly open, then oxygen reacts with the trapped sebum, turning it black in color.

Now to remove these blackheads requires you to ';un-roof'; the heads of the clogged pores.

And guess what......

......that's exactly what exfoliation does when removing the epidermis of the skin.

And once the head of the pore is removed, the trapped sebum can be taken out via cleansers and toners.

So how do you exfoliate?

Well you can visit a doctor's office to have a chemical peel, laser peel or a microdermabrasion procedure.

But I must warn you that these procedures are expensive. In fact a chemical peel procedure can cost up to $300.

But there's a cheaper way if you're interested.

You can purchase the at-home versions of the chemical peels and/or microdermabrasion creams. These work well although you'll take a little longer to get the results your looking for.

However, once you've removed the top layer of skin (the epidermis), you'll easily get that trapped sebum out of your pores.
Okay, I totally understand your situation. Been there, done that. Option One: Go to a salon and get a facial. They have services which include blackhead removal. Option Two: Squeeze. Option Three: Perform this at night once a week. It's a very strong treatment.

You will need:

A stove

A pot

A blender

Tap water

Parsley

Spring water

A towel

Sugar

Olive oil

Honey

Non-fat plain yogurt

Oatmeal

Clean %26amp; Clear Deep Cleansing Astrigent

Toothpaste (not gel)

Boil a pot of water. While the water is cooking, blend some parsley with spring water. Spread it over your face. When you see steam coming out of the pot, turn off the stove and and place a towel over your head. Lean over it and stay there for five minutes. Rinse your face with lukewarm water and exfoliate with a mix of sugar and olive oil. Rinse again and dry your face completely. Smear some honey over your face and leave it there for five minutes. Rinse that off and then put on a mask of plain yogurt and oatmeal (old fashioned). Leave that on for five minutes, and then rinse it off. Dry your face, apply Clean %26amp; Clear Deep Cleansing Astringent, put some toothpaste over the blackheads and go to sleep.

Whew! Hope I helped.
i use a combination of these masks below, i love them! they really do the job, there only 97p each and in each mask packet you get enough to cover your whole face about 3 times, (i seal the packet up with tape after each use ready for next time)

also exfoliate twice a week this removes dead skin cells and grease which creates the blackheads!

use a oil-free moisturiser!!!

use them 3 times a week at night, after taking off any makeup/moisturiser (must be applied to a clean face!), cleanse your face gently with warm water then follow the instructions on the back!

also have a look around the site, they do nose/chin/forehead strips to get rid of blackheads x
I'm not sure why you have blackheads when you wash your face day and night, I use that Clearasil stuff but only when I can be bothered and i don't seem to have a problem with them...you could try washing your face more and try different products until you find one that is right.
I wanted to know where they sell that thingy at someone told me the name and I looked it up onlinehttp://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;鈥?/a>

this is what it's calledhttp://www.venusworldwide.com/blackhead-鈥?/a>

Im thinking it's probaly something else you can use.

look you can get it cheaper here:http://www.sallybeauty.com/Beauty-Secret鈥?/a>
Don't use any of the harsh preparations. Grow your own drugs on BBC 2, James Wong, shows you how to make your own acne treatment. Works a treat.
Just squeeze the juicy ones till they pop.
Wash your face in the morning and before you go to bed every day.
soooooooooooooooo easy. cut your head off.
wash your face daily
