1. If you wear makeup, quit. It falls in your pores and stops them up. I know this is hard for a lot of females, but if you stop and are cleaning properly, I think you start seeing results in a few weeks, maybe even a little bit in the first week.
2. Wash your face with only cold water- warm will open pores and allow for the chemicals in the water to enter (chlorine and fluoride amongst other things if you have city water), and will cause your pores to contract farther- go ahead and splash your face with water 10+ times until your skin feels a little icy.
3. Weekly steam your face, apply honey, let sit for ~5-10 minutes (honey is known for drawing out poison and bad juju in general)
4. Follow up with an egg white %26amp; ground oats mask (coffee grinders work great for oat grinding) if you like- this will tighten up your pores and provides a pleasant cooling sensation
5. Drink the reccomended amount of water daily!!!!! So important! This along with a healthy, low toxin (fast food, preservatives, too much sodium.... anything overprocessed, really) will help with your entire system which will usually show on your face. You might even throw in some cranberry juice and a detox tea on a regular basis.
