How do you get rid of blackheads and whiteheads?

I have no pimples on my face. Once in a while i get one, but i use


Oil-Free Neutrogena Wash and it makes the pimple go away quick. But thats not the problem. My skin just doesn't look clear. I think i might have blackheads and whiteheads but when i use pore strips barely any come out. Some info::


I wash my skin 1 or 2 times a day. I never wear make up. I don't have acne.





Oil-Free Neutrogena Wash is for blackheads and whiteheads too...,,,,





How can I get rid of them?





And how can I make my skin look clearer?

well you got to open your pores up first. you can do this by using hot water on a cloth and wrap it on your face. leave it the for a couple of minutes. then use a beaded scrub and was your faces with that and it should work. Are you saying you get them once in a while then start using the wash?





You don't really get rid of them, you have to keep your face free from oil. white heads are caused by oil eating bacteria. You body detects the bacteria in your skill then starts attacking it with white blood cells, hence why the ';puss'; is under the skin.





Blackheads are a accumulation of dirt and other body garbage that hardens over time within the hard follicle as a result of being caught by the oil.





You will just have to keep cleaning your face with something that keeps the oil away.





To get rid of those current blackheads you can go see a person who can treat your skin. They will heat your skin and start a time consuming process to remove them with different methods.
neutrogena and the big name brands such as clearisil etc don't work so don't bother with them. there isn't really anything you can do about it, just wash regularly as you do, and they'll eventually get rid of them. there are probably some internet solutions you could try but i honestly wouldn't bother with big name brands.
You need to exfoliate your face once every other day, there are many exfoliating products on the market and using these will give your pores a deep clean which helps to prevent whiteheads and blackheads. After exfoliating use a normal face wash and then you need to moisturise your face.
i have this awesome clean %26amp; clear blackhead cleanser and i wash my face with it every day and every night. i think the key is exfoliating cause it gets all the nasties out of you pores. trust me, try it. this thing is awesome and it makes my skin really soft :)

pro active. Worked for my friend who had the same deal. keeps her skin smooth and clear... takes away black heads and white heads.
Go in a steam room, takes out EVERYTHING!
My brother said, Neutrogena Make up Remover Helps. [No he doesnt wear make up, lol]


His face has TONS of acne and it did help some.
