How to get rid of blackheads & spots?

I've got really bad spots/blackheads and i dont know why because i drink allot of water and eat healthy but anyways...

All day i've been having a detox. I drink lots of water anyways but i'm having allot today and only eating fruits and veg.

i've got blackheads and it's really getting me down. And therefore because i have blackheads i get spots usually.

The only place where i don't get spots on my face is my forehead.

I'm going to steam my face to open my pores and i've heard if you drop tee tree into the water it cleanses your face.

Shall i do this?

Also i have some clean and clear stuff that claims to get rid of blackheads. It's like a toner for the face. Should i keep using it?

Thankyou v. much and any tips are welcome. How to get rid of blackheads %26amp; spots?
You know the commercial for the Clean and clear morning burst stuff, well get the daily cleanser and use it once in the morning and once at night, then get the morning burst facial stuff for your shower and use it once a week. Then Every night this thing called Clearisl Ultra Deep pore cleansing pads, use one and rub it over the area that has all your blemishes. Then right after use a moisterizer before you go to bed. Then for spot treatments use the Clearasil pimple pen and the 4 hour pimple relief gel. DO NOT use the clean and clear blackhead eraser cuz that thing sucks it just makes your skin all red! You can also use the Philosophy on a clear day kit and you can get it at any beauty supply store. And if they don't clear up go to a dermatologist and they might have some perscription stuff that will work! If you are looking for a more natural remidy use this stuff called withchazel, that really works then the Burt's bees Herbal blemish stick. Or you could use this thing called seabreeze. And for stronger spot treatments you can use Neutrogena Rapid Clear Acne eliminating gel .Hope I helped!!!!! Just don't forget Moisterizer!!!!!How to get rid of blackheads %26amp; spots?
Getting spots because of a bad diet is the biggest misconception in the world.

Spots are largely genetic problems. They can also be individual problems if the body is producing too much oil which clogs up the pores in the skin. There is NO way to prevent them. You can however get rid of them. You can use clearasil which is a popular bath cream.
There's this Biore product I used, and it is sort of like a tape for your face. You stick it on where you have the blackheads, wait for whatever time it tells you to, then pull the tape off. It takes off your pimples. Just stick it on where you have blackheads. Not any other pimple, because you may bleed-and that leaves a nasty red spot.
The best way to get rid of black heads is the clean and clear back head eraser... Use it a few days in a row then use it twice a week.

For spots Use potato's... Slice up a potato and rub it on your face, let it dry for about 5 minutes, then wash your face.

It does wonders :]
I think i shoppers or something there is clean and clear blackheads eraser .
Hey :)

I am very similar to you, but what i've found is that using a home face sauna kit (a steamer) can also give you more spots.

I wouldn't suggest doing this.

I use a product called 'clean and clear deep action cream wash', i swear by this product. I also use 'clean and clear blackhead scrub'.

I use the scrub first and then the cream wash, washing each one off with warm water, not too hot.

The blackhead scrub has little microbeads in it that lift the dirt and oil away, and the cream wash seems to just cleanse your face completely of all impurities.

I also use E45 moisturiser, but you can use another moisturiser, i'd suggest one which is unscented and has no oil included, there are many in the supermarket.

Moisturise your face after you wash it every time, using circular motions to rub in.

Also, buy a small tub of vaseline for your lips, it does wonders!

You should see a difference within a week.

P.S; I know you probably use a lot of makeup to cover up the spots and flaws, i did too, but i found that cutting the foundation and going au natural was just the best route. It also portrays confidence to other people, that you feel able to go into public situations wearing a bit of lipgloss, some light blusher and a layer of mascara (not much).

Try it :)
